Motivate to Create (MTC) is a federally incorporated non-profit organization operating out of British Columbia, Canada.
We are dedicated to strengthening Canada’s creative ecosystem by connecting artists, educators, and arts organizations through collaboration, mentorship, and professional development.
Our work bridges creativity and sustainability, helping artists build long-term careers, fostering cross-sector partnerships, and expanding access to opportunities across the cultural sector.
What we do
Through national programs, mentorship, and creative leadership initiatives, MTC supports artists and arts organizations in developing the skills and connections needed to thrive.
We create opportunities that encourage learning, innovation, and community impact, ensuring that creativity continues to drive cultural and economic growth across Canada.
